DUI Level I – 12 Hour Program

Course Description: Court-ordered or DMV mandated class and evaluation after a first DUI or Drug Conviction.  The program includes two parts:

  • A one-hour individual, private evaluation interview
  • Class instruction (two 6-hour classes or three 4-hour classes) involving lecture, videos,discussion, and group interaction. Class size is limited to 30 students.

Length: 12 hours plus interview

DUI Level II – 21 Hour Program

Course Description: Court-ordered or DMV mandated class and evaluation for individuals with more than one

DUI arrest and/or DUI amended to Reckless Driving in their lifetime; and those who have previously attended a DUI school. The program includes three parts:

  • Program enrollment and selection of dates for classes and a separate evaluation
  • A one-hour individual, private evaluation interview
  • 21 hours. This is divided into 2 weekday classes at 4 hours, and 2 weekend classes at 7hours – (1/2 hour lunch break). Class size is limited to 15 students.

Length: 21 hours plus interview

Cost: $420.00

Enrollment Requirements

You MUST have the following documents in order to enroll in a DUI school.

  1. Copy of traffic ticket/citation
  2. Arrest Affidavit (Police Report) Readable Copy of Arrest Report/Probable Cause report
    which can be obtained at the Clerk of the Court. If you had a traffic crash, you must
    provide a copy of the traffic Crash Report, which can be obtained from the Clerk of Court
    as well or the arresting agency
  3. Court Information
  4. If already sentenced, a copy of the Probation Order or written plea

Clients must live, work, or go to school in Broward County to enroll for DUI services. Clients who do not meet these requirements may enroll after presenting a release from one of the DUI programs serving the county where they live. Clients living in Broward County may also obtain a release from Boca Bay DUI Program to obtain services in another jurisdiction by paying a $25.00 transfer fee.
